Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

If you are experiencing no tracking updates & Delays. Please contact the carriers.

We currently do not ship outside the USA. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@linenmart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We ship with USPS to P.O boxes only.

Incorrect Addresses

If a customer has placed an order and has entered the incorrect address, they must contact our support team before the order has been marked as shipped. They are not guranteed to have their address changed. If the order was already marked as shipped than they are responsible for inputing the incorrect address and they will not be eligible for a refund if the package was not received.
